As you probably gathered from the name of this palette, there have been three other ones before it. I don’t own any of the others (although I bought my Mum the Mattes one for Christmas), but this one really caught my eye. You all know I love my orange and red tones and this palette gives me plenty of options when it comes to this.
There are 32 beautiful shades inside this palette, a mixture of shimmers and mattes. The shade names are pretty hilarious and I’ve been trying to work out if they have dirty undertones or if I just have a dirty mind.
The tones are mostly warm (my favourite!) and range from bone colours, burnt oranges and reds, browns, to a super pigmented black shade.
The eyeshadows are very easy to work with and blend out nicely. The darker shades need a little more work than the others, but are buildable all the same. I’m in love with the shade ‘Down Boy’ as a crease/transition colour. It’s a very pretty muted pink/light brown. As you can see from the swatches below, the shades are very nicely pigmented.
